EoL Fabrics...
The EoL project was founded in 2003 with the goal of producing the best Inflatable Boat Hypalon® fabric for end-users
and manufacturers alike.  EoL Hypalon® fabrics offers the best UV and abrasion resistance, color stability and air-
tightness in addition to great suppleness and high adhesion values in order to enhance workmanship.
To achieve this goal at a highly competitive price, we put together a skilled product development team composed of
industry experts, French chemical engineers, inflatable boat manufacturers and experienced end-users. Multiple tests
have been conducted in weather chambers and in-water under harsh climates over the past four years in order to
achieve outstanding color stability.  We have run numerous trials in manufacturing environments with actual production
workers in order to develop the best “hand” to ensure smoothly finished seams, even on sharp curves.

In 2007, EoL partnered with Stafford Textiles, a company based in North America with manufacturing sites in the Far East
that are highly skilled in the processes of coating, calendering and roto-curing of rubbers.  Stafford’s presence on two
continents ensures the sourcing of the finest components and production at the most competitive costs.
At EoL, we have chosen to use only genuine Hypalon® by Dupont™, not generic CSM. We keep our prices competitive
thanks to our low-cost management philosophy.

Who is Stafford Textiles (Staftex)?
Stafford Textiles Limited is located in Toronto (Canada) and has been in business for over 70 years.
In 1958 Stafford Textiles began supplying rubber products to the North American Market. Over the next two decades the
business expanded as the company worked with Japanese Mills to develop a wide range of rubber products for a variety
of applications. By the late 1970's the company had broadened its range of rubber-coated products working in
partnership with key sources in Asia.
Today the Industrial Fabrics division supplies a wide range of products internationally for a myriad of industrial and
commercial applications.
The company operates manufacturing facilities and has regional sales and distribution offices in Hong Kong, Taiwan,
the United States and Canada.

How EoL Hypalon® fabrics do compare with other coated fabrics?
PVC fabrics contain liquid plasticizers that will migrate and evaporate, rendering the fabric brittle and discoloured.  PVC
fabrics are not suitable for manufacturing high quality inflatable boats.
Hypalon® fabrics will have a much longer lifespan in a marine environment. They stay flexible, with good abrasion
resistance over the years. Also, Hypalon® fabrics are easy to repair even in the field.

PU fabrics have excellent mechanical properties; however, their lack of suppleness is a major handicap especially for
foldable boats and renders them more difficult to process.  PU fabrics are only adapted for specific applications requiring
unusual abrasion resistance.

Thanks to its low cost management approach, EoL Fabrics offers more than any other supplier of rubberized fabrics for
inflatable boats. All our compounds are made of genuine Hypalon® by Dupont™ and our vulcanizing is done by rotocure
a costly process that ensures better control over temperature and pressure than autoclaves.

Non sanding Neoprene side
EoL fabrics offer the unique feature of a pre-sanded Neoprene side. You should obtain the same levels of adhesion than
with manual sanding. This feature should be tested in your standard operations and could diminish with time. Consult
with us for more details.

What are the prices of EoL fabrics?
At the present time (2008) the official pricing for EoL fabrics are approximately US$ 32/ linear meter (145 cm width) for
the 1100-1300 and US$ 42/ linear meter (145 cm width) for the 1670-1500.
Of course, we will be able to give you firm pricing when we receive your quantities and delivery schedule. Our prices
include the freight to your Port of Entry for all orders of >5 rolls (± 330 LM) but exclude customs clearance, taxes and
duties.
Note: the harmonized tariff code is 5906.99

Do you offer special conditions for samples ?
Samples:  Each account can receive 5 free meters, shipped by ground / ocean.

Do you give payment terms?
Yes, we offer up to 60-day terms on approved accounts. We also accept payments by credit cards.

Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum is ± 330 meters per delivery (for deliveries under 330 m, the client will have to pay the transport).

What colours are available?

EoL offers a 5-year warranty, one of the best of the industry.

Does EoL suggest any specific adhesive?
EoL fabrics have been tested satisfactorily with most major Neoprene adhesives on the market. Our clients have been
able to continue to use their standard Neoprene glues with EoL fabrics.
We can also propose a high end adhesive, the DB7020 by
Clifton Adhesives (USA), a product that offers remarkable
results along with a very low environmental impact (approx. US$ 8 /litre).
